Pest Service Terms in New Hampshire

What Our General Pest Control Covers

Last updated: October 2026

General Pest Control covers the pest concerns and treatment tasks listed in your written estimate or service agreement. Depending on that scope, work may include inspecting accessible areas, identifying covered pests, applying approved products, and explaining practical steps to reduce pest entry or attractants. The agreement will identify any limits, preparation steps, and follow-up included.

Work on pests, areas, or buildings not listed in the agreement; structural repairs; wildlife removal; and specialized treatments are not included unless we approve them separately in writing. We will explain any proposed change and get your approval before expanding the work.

Our pesticide work follows applicable New Hampshire RSA 430 licensing and use requirements and New Hampshire Administrative Rules Pes 1000. Products are applied according to FIFRA and their EPA-approved labels, including directions for application, storage, and disposal.

We provide relevant chemical labels and safety data information as required. Hazardous pesticide waste is handled under applicable RCRA requirements and New Hampshire rules.

Setting, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit

We schedule visits with you by phone, email, or another agreed method. Please provide accurate access instructions and tell us about relevant conditions at the property before the appointment.

If you need to cancel or change a visit, contact us as soon as possible using the contact details below. Any cancellation deadline or fee will be stated in your estimate or service agreement; these terms do not create a fee that was not disclosed there.

We may need to reschedule because of weather, safety concerns, access problems, or other conditions that prevent the agreed work. We will contact you to arrange another time.

If inspection shows that the requested work differs from the approved scope, we will describe the change and its cost, if any, and ask for your approval before proceeding. A change is not approved merely because a technician recommends it. Please make sure an authorized adult can provide access and approve any agreed changes.

Written Quotes and Payment Terms

We provide an estimate based on the information available, the property conditions we can assess, and the work requested. An estimate describes the proposed service and its price; it is not approval to perform work until you accept it.

The written estimate or service agreement will state when payment is due and the payment methods available. No particular price or financing offer is promised by these terms.

If inspection or a change in conditions leads us to recommend work beyond the accepted scope, we will explain the added work and any additional charge before starting it. We will proceed only after you approve the change.

You are responsible for paying the agreed amount by the due date stated in your documents. If you have a question about a charge, contact us promptly so we can review the estimate, service record, and payment details with you. Any applicable taxes or other disclosed charges will be shown in the estimate or invoice.

What to Expect About Service Coverage

Any workmanship warranty, retreatment coverage, or other service guarantee applies only if it is stated in your written estimate or service agreement. That document controls the covered work, duration, conditions, and steps for requesting service.

These terms do not promise a particular warranty period or a pest-free property. Results can depend on the pest, building conditions, sanitation, weather, and access to treatment areas.

Coverage may not apply to pests, locations, or work outside the written scope, or where required preparation or access was not provided. It may also be affected by later conditions such as new pest entry, untreated adjoining areas, or changes to the property.

We will review the specific agreement and facts before deciding whether a request falls within stated coverage. Contact us with the service date, affected area, and a description of the concern. Nothing in this section limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

Responsibility for Service and Existing Conditions

We are responsible for performing approved work with reasonable care and in line with applicable requirements. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for a claim arising from a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it, or to liability that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, building defects, or pest activity outside the agreed treatment scope, except where our own conduct makes us responsible under applicable law.

Pesticides are used according to their labels and applicable requirements, including New Hampshire RSA 430, New Hampshire Administrative Rules Pes 1000, and FIFRA. Labels provide directions for application, storage, and disposal; relevant chemical hazard information is handled under applicable OSHA requirements.

Any pesticide waste is managed under applicable RCRA and New Hampshire requirements. These terms do not excuse compliance with licensing, safety, or environmental duties and do not change any remedy provided by law.

Questions About These Service Terms

For questions about these terms, an estimate, or scheduled work, contact NewHampshire Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@newhampshirepestsolutions.top. You may also write to 1000 Elm St, Manchester, NH.

Include your name, service address, and appointment or estimate details so we can direct your question to the right person. Do not send urgent safety concerns by email alone; call us and follow the product label or instructions provided by the technician where relevant.

We may update these terms as our practices or applicable requirements change. The current version will be made available to customers, and we will communicate material changes through an appropriate notice, such as an updated copy with an estimate or service communication.

The version provided for your service governs unless a later version is expressly agreed to or required by law. A signed or accepted service agreement may contain additional terms for that work; if terms differ, the specific written agreement controls for its stated scope.
